Use our services lawfully and provide accurate order, delivery and account information. Purchases must be made by a person legally able to enter into a contract or with appropriate authorisation. Keep your sign-in details and verification codes confidential and notify us if you suspect unauthorised access.
You must not impersonate others, submit fraudulent orders, upload malicious code, misuse personal information, infringe intellectual-property rights or interfere with the security or operation of the website. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address such misuse, subject to applicable law and existing customer rights.
Read the product description, pack size, ingredients, directions and precautions before ordering. Images illustrate the product; screen colours or packaging appearance may vary. Any variation does not remove your rights if goods are defective or do not match the agreed description.
Product and wellness information is general information, not individual medical advice. Follow the product label and consult a qualified healthcare professional where appropriate, particularly for supplements, allergies, pregnancy or use with medication. Do not use a product that appears unsafe or damaged.
Prices are displayed in UAE dirhams. Review the products, quantities, discounts, delivery charges and final total before confirming payment. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. When choosing Tabby or Tamara, eligibility, payment schedules and provider terms apply; an instalment illustration on a product page is not approval for finance.
Products are subject to availability. If an order cannot be fulfilled or a material pricing or product-information error is discovered, we will contact you to explain the issue and available options. We will not charge an increased amount without your agreement. If we cancel a paid order, we will arrange the applicable refund.
Changes to future prices or offers do not remove rights relating to an existing order. Order and payment confirmations should be kept as proof of purchase.
Our stated delivery timeframe is within 48 hours: handover to the courier within 24 hours, followed by delivery within 24 hours. If an exception or delay affects your order, contact us for an update; we will explain the available resolution.
Standard delivery is AED 15 and is free for orders of AED 250 or more and eligible active members. The applicable delivery charge and any offer conditions are shown at checkout. Please provide accurate delivery details and a reachable phone number.
Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains change-of-mind returns, defective or incorrect goods, cancellation before dispatch, refund amounts and payment-provider processing. It forms part of these terms.
The change-of-mind conditions do not remove your rights concerning defective, damaged, expired or incorrectly supplied products. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory UAE consumer rights.
A free customer account is separate from ATP Membership. The membership offer and checkout explain the applicable price, duration, benefits and any recurring-payment arrangement. Review these before joining. Complimentary membership has no paid fee to refund.
Membership refunds and cancellation are governed by the Returns & Refunds Policy. You can request cancellation through your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; the effective cancellation date determines when benefits end. Check the cancellation confirmation or contact us if that date is unclear. Cancellation alone does not automatically create a refund.
Reviews should describe a genuine experience and must not include impersonation, spam, abuse, threats, unlawful content or another person’s private information. By submitting a review for publication, you allow us to display it with its rating and display name and to format it for the website without misrepresenting its meaning.
We may moderate, hide or remove content that is abusive, fraudulent, misleading, irrelevant or otherwise violates these terms. An honest negative opinion is not by itself abuse. Contact us about inappropriate content or personal information in a review.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and your choices concerning analytics and advertising. Optional tracking choices can be changed through “Analytics preferences” on the website.
External links and independent payment or other services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Their involvement does not remove our obligations to you as the seller.
